Vacancy Details

Key Highlights of the Vacancies

• Nature of Appointment: The selected candidates will be engaged on a contractual basis for a specific project duration. The appointment is co-terminus with the project and does not guarantee permanent employment with DRDO.
• Work Location: The selected candidates will be posted at DRL Tezpur, Assam. Tezpur is a strategically important location for defense research, particularly in areas related to bio-defense and environmental research.
• Tenure:
  • JRF: Initially for 2 years, extendable up to 5 years based on performance and project requirements.
  • RA: Initially for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance and project requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
