To be eligible for this recruitment drive, candidates must have a full-time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized university or institute with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Additionally, they must have appeared in the corresponding paper of GATE 2025 and secured a valid score. The GATE score of 2024 or prior is not valid for this recruitment.

The application fee for General/OBC candidates is ₹500/-. However, SC/ST/PWD/Ex-SM candidates are exempted from this fee.
